I'm not feeling terribly inspired to write...so I'll make this brief and share a video from today. We went to Roe Fest '08 this afternoon (neighborhood festival) and there was this great gal there doing incredible face paint. I wish that I had gotten pics of some of the other things that she painted because it was AMAZING...but, alas...I did not. She had pictures of designs to choose from, but Syd branched out on her own (surprised?) and made a request: kitty face, please. She kinda stumped the poor gal (who had been there for SIX HOURS already...painting kiddos' wiggly faces), but we thought she did great, especially considering she'd never painted a kitty before. Sydney LOVED it. She meowed all the way home and immediately put on her kitty costume. Enjoy.Saturday, October 4, 2008

Oh wow, I was there when Joyce was making the costume. How fun! I love the video, she is so cute and I got a good little chuckle out of it. I love you blog!
