Loose tooth #2 status: GONE
So, the first tooth coming out was such a suprise to Sydney, and she was so excited about finally being in the "in" crowd of toothless children, that she didn't even flinch. She just giggled and looked a little shocked. Tooth number two was a little bit different. A little exciting, a little traumatizing, and that tooth had a little more grip in the gums. On top of all of that, this morning she bounded into my room saying "The tooth fairy only left me SEVEN monies!" With tooth number one, the Tooth Fairy left four shiny quarters under her pillow PLUS Sydney found five mysterious coins on the top shelf of her dresser and she was convinced that the Tooth Fairy left them there (I know better, but there is no point in arguing it). So, Miss Fairy upped the stakes a little this time and left a few more under her pillow and a couple on her shelf...just to keep it even. Well, I'm not sure what happened to the other coins, but it's clearly too late now. She is clearly disillusioned with the performance of the money-giver. Whose idea was this anyway?
Tooth Fairy Status with tooth number one: Generous
Tooth Fairy Status with tooth number two: Suprisingly Stingy
Well...whatcha gonna do?
